SP 175 (down 10 pounds from last time)

Aiming for 1000 lbs next time (BS felt good, maybe could have gone more)

Coffee, 3 cups milk
Cabbage rolls x 3
3 chicken thighs and yams with big salad

Add ons: Popcorn and milk last night
