Recovery day

Sled pulls with 60lbs in X16 lengths
4 forward 4 backward 4 thru legs 4 sidestepping
Played on GHD a bit


3 eggs, 3 bacon, cheese omelette
Coffee
3 cabbage rolls
3 chicken thighs with rice
Big salad



Add on yesterday: 4 pb cc cookies with milk, popcorn and more drinks
