Sprints

15 rounds:

20 sec sprint, 40 second rest for distance

1st 4 got 100 yards, 5-11 got about 90 and 12-14 got 85, 15 got 100 again

And then a thunderstorm just as I finished. Good timing.

Should have scaled the reps down a bit cause it took too long

BS: Got 315 without much trouble, failed on 345 (prev PR)

DL: Got 415 up but failed on 435 (PR is 430)

Shoulder press wasn't gonna happen
