Linda second time (sweaty bastard)


Mon Rest day (massage) 10 workouts in 10 days prior
Tues Sick day (went to bed at 8 with wicked headache)

Wed
Linda- 3 bars of death
Deadlift 255lbs
Decline (3 foot high) Pushups
Cleans (135lbs)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Each lift that many reps before moving down to next rep (dead, push, clean at 10 then all at 9 etc)

32:19 (prev 40:30 with some subs)
