Run 400m x 5 with 60 seconds rest between

1:46, 1:47, 1:55, 1:54, 1:49

3x5 Backsquat at 205lbs
3x5 Press 135 (strict for one, pp for 2)
5x3 PC  155, 175, 175, 185, 185
3x5 Dips with little blue band

50 DU's for time (1:55)

Ride 15+ km
