Sprints X 10 rounds

Sprint the length of the gym as many times as possible in 1 min. Rest 30 secs. Repeat for 10 rounds. Record most lengths and least.
8 and 6, every other round was 7

Mel and Simps did Monday workout and scored 55 and 57

Stretch did beefed up "Jackie" 1.5k row, 50 thrusters at 25lb bar, 30 pullups, 20 pushups
