Mon off. Tues On

Mon- Cleaned up downstairs rather than workout


Tues-
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Back squat, 20 reps
Handstand walk 20 yard

Subbed

40 yard Bear Crawl for handstand walk

Round 1 (34 min)
Back squats 1:21, 30 yards of bear crawl. Interrupted by 2 screaming children, one bleeding from the toe. Cleaned up and put kids to bed.

Rounds 2-5 14:10

Good workout, strung all the backsquats. Am going to include bear crawl in warmup for upper body.
