Friday thru Monday


Friday and Saturday travelled

Sunday played lacrosse and tweaked knee again...

Monday: Did Cindy AMRAP in 20 minutes

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

After 6 rounds switched from pushups to situps (too slow)
Got 11 rounds and 1 pullup
