Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur - Nothing structured
Shoveled dirt for 1-2-3 hours each day and raked and landscaped yard
Sweated thru 2-3 shirts each day
Fri- Worked (more or less rest day)
Sat- Golfed and drank
Sun- Woke up feeling like it was time to workout
Ran 5K pushing stroller

Not a great time for me but circumstances weren't optimal.
