Tues- Sore back and first day back at work
Wed- Nothing
Thurs - nothing
Fri- nothing
Sat- Holy crap, no workouts this week
Barbara toned down
10 pullups
20 pushups
30 situps
40 squats
X 4 rounds with 3 min rest in between
1- 5:42
2- 7:30
3- 6:24
4- 7:44
