Tues- Long work day
Wed- Heavy lifting work day and rearranged my gym (got 6 deadhang pullups in a row) PR

Thurs- Pullup ladder

Clock running- 1 in the first minute, 2 in the second etc...
Completed 14 in the 14th and then 5 more

First four min. full pullups
