Matt


“Matt Matte”
This is a workout I created for my buddy Matthew Matte who passed away this weekend. He was a really great friend of mine (Jonathan Gibson) and to so many others. I love him and my heart goes out to his family and friends. Miss you Matt, thank you for everything.

5 pull ups
15 push ups
25 sit ups
10 rounds plus 7 pushups
