Tried to PR 1 rep max (245) and got 235 and then failed twice at 255. Left hand slipped and bar landed in elbow.  Ouch X 2.

Hockey day

No one showed to work out Wednesday because they were playing hockey.  Joined them and played for an hour.  Tweaked knee and back and sweated like a pig.
