400 meter run and 30 squats X 4 rounds

Ran the Kelly Road field back and forth 13:30

Rested 3 min and ran the outer track (400) 2:00

Annoyed at not breaking 2 min rested 3 min and ran 400 again in 1:50

Still can't use left arm, getting annoyed at it and may have to cut it off.
