1 and half Body weight deadlifts
Body weight bench press
3\4 Body weight Cleans
Rounds of 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 (55 reps total of each)
I did:
255lb DL
135 BP
135 Cleans
After 10-9-8-7 done (20 reps remaining) switched to 8-6-6 to save the hassle of moving the bar on and off the BP
Time: 40:40 F'in Hard
Fri and Sat off
